Prove concept via POC build
A first version of the solution is built to allow for testing with users in a live environment and key success metrics are evaluated.

Productionise
Upon a successful POC, the solution is battle-hardened, prepared for scale and widespread adoption.

Broad instrumentation is put in place to collect high fidelity data concerning how the solution is used and how it performs. This is continuously monitored and evaluated in order to refine the solution.
